There’s a lot of construction going on at the Warf apparently, there was no notice in the confirmation or follow up emails and the detours didn’t show up or reroute in the map apps. No one was there to answer the phones when I called for assistance. By the time we had finally found the dock it was too late and the boat had already left. Very frustrating, and a huge waste of time, effort, and money.

We had an amazing time! Spectacular view, Our server made the experience truly amazing. We just the cruise was a little longer. It was two hours.

I booked tickets for our anniversary as I thought it would be an amazing unique dining experience. We had never been on a dinner cruise, so I didn't know what to expect. But after reading so many mixed reviews, I had alot of anxiety going into this experience. Some people said the food was mehh and I was told by someone to lower my expectations, which is something you definitely don't want to hear after paying so much for a dinner, lol. All-in-all, we had a beautiful night. The experience was exactly and everything I envisioned it would be. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The food was really good. I LOVED the seafood chowder and the short ribs. I even liked the carrot and I hate cooked carrots, lol. I didn't pay for any of the special occasion packages, but we did let our server know we were celebrating our anniversary. She was super sweet and gave us our dessert cake on a plate that said "Happy Anniversary". I get cold easily, and was concerned about being cold on the water, but the weather was perfect and the interior of the ship stayed cool since it was so warm outside. The ambiance was as romantic as I hoped it would be, and the tour guide information was really cool. I get motion sick really easily, which was something I was concerned about, but I was able to get through our time on the ship fine without needing any dramamine. I'm not sure how many times we'd do this again because of the price, but I was very pleased with everything and my husband and I had a great evening.
