the dinner was very good, my only complaint was $3.00 for a glass of soda, while serving the meals it seemed to be mass confusion with the wait staff on the floor sorting and delivering meals to the tables, i felt that should've been handled behind closed doors not on the dance floor

Checked in on the 12 noon cruise and headed out on time. At the first bridge we were advised the tide was too high to get under the bridge, so we turned around and spent the rest of the time cruising up and down. Not good enough as it had to be known the tide wasn’t right. No suggestion of even a free drink. Happy to take your money but really poor if they expect good reviews. A complete waste of our time as tourists. The service, food and entertainment were up to the standard to be expected.

Let me start by saying I understand things sometimes happen beyond our control... Saturday, 9 Dec 17our office was scheduled for a brunch cruise for our Holiday party. We were scheduled for a 1045 departure, with the cruise around the Potomac being two-hours (1130-1330). Due to the size of the parties (it was our office on one side of the boat and another party on the other) we left around 1100. The staff greeted us upon entry, and we all made our way to our tables. We were informed there would be limitless for the duration. After we departed and was out for about 30 minutes, power went out. The Captain made an announcement that we were headed back so the boat could be looked at to determine what caused the power outage. During this time, brunch was served. In my opinion, it was mediocre at best. We continued to socialize while we waited. Of course, with no power, that caused pluming issues in the bathroom as well. Not good! Finally, at around 1310, I exited the boat. The cruise never happened. We were offered vouchers for another cruise. Personally, I would prefer a cash refund, as I really have no intentions of doing this again. I only participated because it was an office function.
