I booked a lunch cruise for my mom's 80th birthday and a month after booking they canceled saying "DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES ". when I called to get a refund, she said the days that I booked, December 11th, was still running and it didn't look like it was booked for any special reason. When I went back on the website, they were selling tickets for much more. I believe they canceled to resell them for more. My mother, who has heart issues, was really disappointed. I've taken this cruise many times so I'm really disappointed and I will never book with them again.
