Bus was comfortable. Guide was knowledgeable. Tickets for entry to Washington Monument were sent to us the night before for 11:30 am entry time, even though trip did not get there until 2:30 pm. We were told the tickets will work regardless of time on the ticket. Park services staff allowed us in but when he scanned the tickets, two out of three tickets were already used up. They had probably sent the same tickets to multiple people. So we could not get in to see the monument.

Signature tours did a nice job showing us several monument sites. Our guide was kind. I especially appreciated the professionalism of tour operator. The Washington Monument was closed for unplanned safety repairs. Signature tours got us next available Washington Monument tour date and thankfully we are fitting in before our departure. So thrilled! I haven’t been in monument for 25 years and it will be first time for my son.

I had booked on Saturday Sept 28 the Washington Monument Admission with Moring City Narrated Bus tour. I got text to me the previous day from the number 1-202-489-2346 this text, "Hello this is signature tours "Due to event at the Washington monument Saturday sept 28 and Sunday sept 29 is closed" , They offered alternate museums. Please let us know After I asked who this was, asking if it is for the tour tomorrow, and specifically telling them I booked tomorrows our specifically for the monument. I booked this tour specifically for the monument portion so I was pretty upset. I was unable to get through to the tour operator so I called Viator, who was able to get through to someone and they validated the monument is closed. THE MONUMENT WAS NOT CLOSED. IT WAS OPEN ALL WEEKEND !!!!!! I WAS LIED TO. VIATOR TOLD ME THEY VERIFIED IT IS CLOSED. I COULD HAVE BOOKED ANY OTHER TOUR AND GONE. WHY DID YOU LIE? WE WENT TO THE MONUMENT, IT WAS OPEN AND PEOPLE WERE GOING IN. OF COURSE NO TICKETS. YOU LIED.

yes we did text you regarding the information that we got it from the washington monument and after that they change and they open it . you don't need to call people who tray serve you name because you will find any 1 serve you in the future please don't come back and ask for our service again ,what make us doing this business for over 40 years because we love to serve people
