The staff are keen to make sure you are very safe and enjoy your trip. The pilot was friendly and gave you lots of information. After our trip we discussed it with other tourists and we definately got a bigger and more thorough trip than those offered by other companies from the same airport

I was all excited for this helicopter ride and the extraordinary views - however they select your seating based on weight, they sat me on the right behind the pilot. ALL the views are on the left side of the helicopter so if you sit behind the pilot you see the open ocean. It is hard to see over the pilot to view anything from the front view, the people on the left naturally are looking out their window and taking pictures so no way to see the views of Maui Mountains. At Molokai the turtle island - left side of the aircraft, the pilot does move the helicopter around in the valley so the right side can see the waterfalls - 5 minutes out of 60 that the right side gets views! Flying back the left side gets the coastal views of Molokai. IF I could have seen to enjoy the views I would have loved this - but this was expensive to be seated behind a pilot with next to NO views! I read other aircraft have elevated seats in the back s you can see over the pilot and front seat passengers - should have booked that helicopter ride, this was waste of $600

I apologize you were disappointed in the seating and the views. We try to be sure that all sides get a chance to take pictures and get good views. In the valley's they do turns at the waterfalls so both sides can see. When we go to Molokai typically they go one way out with the islands on the left and then they will turn around and come back the same way but with now all the views on the right side. That said I will be sure to pass this onto our chief pilot to again go over this issue with our pilots. Thank you for providing this feedback.
