Weight Restrictions: Due to FAA regulations, all passengers must be weighed at check-in. For each passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, or combined weights of 420 lbs per couple, an additional seat must be purchased at time of booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.
It is recommend that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour
Flight routes & sights may vary due to weather.
Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT AIR MAUI IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat.
Please contact Air Maui directly for your check in and departure time at least 72 hours prior to your flight!
Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin with 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.

Everything was BEAUTIFUL! Troy has EXCELLENT taste in music to go with the views!! For me, everything is better with narration AND music to go with it. Would do this, again, in a heartbeat!

We were lucky and were greeted with a perfectly clear cloudless sky. Our pilot was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and friendly. I would recommend Maui Air to anyone interested in a birds eye view of beautiful Hawaii. The entire staff was fun and helpful in all cases.

We had a wonderful experience we went at the peak whale season and were certainly not disappointed in the numerous sitings Not only the number of whales but the upclose and personal experiences we had including the baby whale we watched for some time the burgers were fantastic If we had one complaint it would be that a lot of the guests were a little stingy in letting the rest of us had views of the whales I don't know how you would remedy that Our kids loved the snorkeling That particular tour they voted the best thing they had done on our trip so far Thank you for a great day
