West Maui Half Day Snorkel from Ka’anapali Beach

Overview

Your West Maui Snorkel adventure departs from Kaanapali Beach. Along the way keep your eyes open for Hawaiian spinner dolphins, bottle nose dolphins and during the winter months you can experience the humpback whales that migrate from Alaska to our Maui waters. The Captain will determine the best sites to visit that day based upon current water conditions. Once in the water, you will observe beautiful tropical fish, honu (Hawaiian green sea turtles), vibrant reef, and hopefully some other wildlife surprises. Then after our second location, back on board you will enjoy a buffet lunch and will be offered access to our premium beers, hand crafted cocktails and other libations as we take a leisurely cruise back to Ka’anapali Beach.

Loved the cruise, food, snorkel, drinks, and education from Captain Molly and her crew. Went to the best snorkel spot on Maui, then another sheltered bay to see more wildlife. Sea turtles, trumpet fish, and numerous tropical fish species. Great humour and service.

We’ve done many snorkeling trips with most of the companies on Maui but Sea Maui was by far the best experience we’ve ever had bar none! Crew was great with their great service, attention to detail and crested a great vibe! The Captain was awesome! She let us know what was going to happen, operated things safely and even found us a few whales to watch! We highly recommend using Sea Maui and cannot wait to come back and go on a snorkel trip with them again!

We lucked out with beautiful weather and glassy water! Saw whales at the beginning and end of the day. Lots of different fish and turtles during snorkeling. Overall an awesome day. The crew was down to earth and shared a lot of cool marine info. Would definitely do this again.
