Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

I can’t say enough about Nick. He was fantastic with my mom who was on a horse for the first time in her life at the age of 74. He was very patient, understanding, and such a wonderful guide.

This was a wonderful experience! The scenery was gorgeous, the tour guides were full of historical information & stories, and there were amazing photo opportunities. There was even an opportunity to run your horse! The site had a ton of adorable cats wandering around which you could pet as well as a dog and a pig. Refreshments were provided as well. Everyone was so kind. Overall, I had a fun and fabulous time!
