Stacy, Kristin, (not sure of spelling), AJ and Nick make up a great group of people running a first rate business. Stacy and Kristin take good care of getting you up to the stables and mounted up for the ride. Nick and AJ are great train guides. They work with riders of all experience to make sure you have a wonderful ride. Unlike many trail rides there were a couple opportunities to run the horses, if you wanted to. The second time we ran them, a couple of riders did not feel up to it. No problem, Nick kept them back and brought them along a at pace they felt comfortable. The morning ride is a long ride which makes it a great value, especially when you factor in the views and the staff. A nice touch is having some small saddle bags that you can put soft drinks, juice or water (provided) to have on the trail.
NOTE: Some people have had trouble finding the parking lot where you transfer to a van to get to the stables because GPS links seem be be faulty. If you book enough in advance, you will be sent an email with a link that seems to work fine. The parking lot is on the LEFT side coming from Kahalui, regardless of what your GPS says. Kristin says they are trying to get Google to correct the issue.
