The staff was informative and entertaining. We saw evidence of whales (spouts of water), a few sightings of the backs of small whales & one small tail. I think I expected too much—like a big whale tail or one jumping up from the water. My children went on a dolphin watch & snorkeling tour, which they enjoyed much better—saw lots of dolphins!

Enjoyable but seems overpriced for what you get. Crew was really young and seemed to be making things up about the whales and protocols. We also didn't find any.

Out hotel concierge booked us on this trip and it was great! We had a rental car and it was about an hour drive from Waikiki. The boat left on time. We saw SO many whales. The passengers and crew all had their eyes peeled and would call out for each sighting. We also saw some flying fish and sea turtles. Wish I had brought a hat, although there was some indoor seating. Would highly recommend.
