The West Rim Tour is a unique trail experience taking you through the high hills and rocks of Sand Hollow State Park Guides are highly experienced and cater to every driver and their experience level. On this tour, you will drive through a variety of unique trails including The Funnel, The Cliffhanger, The Squeeze, Big Rock Candy Playground, The Maze, and The Top of the World. During this tour, our guides can teach and coach you through different technical terrains and driving obstacles for an all-around inclusive experience. The West Rim Trail Tour will test your fine driving skills through a fun, and tricky adventure!

What To Expect

Sand Hollow State Park

Red sandstone park offers boating in a reservoir & off-highway vehicle riding on Sand Mountain. Come see the red rock, sand dunes, red dirt trails, dinosaur tracks, and Indian petroglyphs!

Don't even think twice about scheduling a tour with Mad Moose. It was one of the highlights of our 2 weeks in Utah. Our guide, Hope, was AWESOME!!! And make sure you do at least a 3 hour trip. It goes by sooo fast, and you won't be able to see everything in a shorter trip. They have a marketing arrangement with Polaris so they always have the newest machines.

Great tour! Adam was our guide. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the area. They use newer Polaris ATV’s. Got to see the varying landscapes of the area. Highly recommend.

If you are new to the area and enjoy this type of activity this is a great way to get a tour of the various types of landscape in this area. Some of the places that Keith took us were just beautiful. Keith was great walking my wife (who had never driven a SxS offroad) through how to tackle various terrain that we encountered. We had two SxS's, because we have 3 kids, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids also enjoyed the various terrain we encountered.
