What an amazing 3 hour trip that went well over 3 hours. Great boat, amazing ride, dozens of dolphins and then the whale. So much information about cape may and the sea life. We were so pleasantly surprised when it was over. I cannot wait to go out again and again now. I will recommend it to anyone who asks and anyone who doesn't ask. Lol

If you love dolphins this is a must do! Called in the morning and was able to book online at a discount rate of buy one adult get second at half price $45 ($15 discount) for the 10am morning dolphin watch trip. Didn't have to print anything out, just gave our last name at check-in, it was that easy. The trip goes around Cape May island with the captain narrating sights on the way. They have complimentary coffee, tea, cranberry juice, and danish. You can also buy items from the snack bar and even rent binoculars (we didn't). We were starting to think we weren't going to see any dolphins and then off the beach of Cape May we saw pods of dolphins jumping and swimming around the boat. It was awesome! We sat on the left side of the boat, which I thought was best to see the sights. But ,the captain turns the boat so you can see the dolphins from both sides of the boat.

I am rating this a one star, if it were up to me, I would rate it none. The reason for my low rating is because the "captain" is a really rude person and his wife makes excuses for him as to why he is rude. Really? Berating your customers has an excuse? When we went to complain that the, ehem, "captain" was rude and called me names because I wasn't moving fast enough for him (I was trying to let a family in front of me pass) he got out of his chair and started yelling at me, never thinking that calling his customers names, like ridiculous, was wrong, in fact he never even tried to apologize, and the wife just made more excuses for him. Both individuals are extremely rude. It's too bad that this is the "experience" we walked away with. Captain, how can you say that you have a professional team, when you, the face of your business, are far from professional. Sad. I will never give them my business again, there are other whale watching companies in Cape May, I would recommend instead. Simply stay away, they are undeserving of your business too.
