Crew was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.They went out of their way to assist an elderly couple to ensure they could safely get on the boat and enjoy the cruise. We saw plenty of whales and the whole crew did a great job making sure the whole boat was able to see them. We also listened to the whales sing during some down time. The open bar is legit and they keep everyone well hydrated throughout the trip if you want.

Great whale watch. We saw a ton of whales and several competition pods. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Awesome experience!!! Capt James got us to a mom, baby and Male escort that put on quite the show!!!!!!!!! Great crew, music, and drinks! Love going out of Kaanapali!!!!!
