100% recommend! We saw whales almost the entire time! The boat staff is super friendly and helps you feel welcome! The booze helped too. Our cups were always full and we had a great time! If you’re in Maui you MUST go!

In the description of the event, it is indicated that the crew is not allowed to get more than 100 yards from the whale. In our case, we were more than 500-600 yards from them and could only see very small glimpses of them on the horizon. After an initial sighting, the crew would just move in to a different location instead of getting closer, turning the motor off and being PATIENT. At one point it seemed that the crew was more interested in getting the passengers wet rather than making the experience about what we came for. This experience was not worth the money if you are truly interested in seeing the whales. I saw on the boat what I could see from my hotel balcony. Left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Perhaps if you want the true experience, maybe look into another company. This one did NOT deliver. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because we were able to got out for a catamaran boat trip; that is really what we paid for.

You will be well cared for!!! Took two tours with them - both excellent!!! Crew and captain delightful. Fellow travelers also delightful. Music fanrastic!
