It was seemless. Do note that you'll need to take off your shoes and walk in the water up to your knees to get on the boat.

We saw so many whales! 3 breaches in a row, and momma and baby blessed us with their presence along side the boat. The boat captain was amazing in finding and navigating the boat to the action.
