Outstanding tour. Captain Mike, Heather, and Amy were unbelievably enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We almost didn't see orcas, but on our way back, they got a call and extended the tour for about an hour so we could go observe. Also saw some seals, sea lions, and some Minke whales. I highly recommend the sea plane package if you're coming from Seattle. It's a 45 minute flight over the sound with gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. Friday Harbor itself is a really nice place with some tasty local restaurants. Definitely going to have to do it again someday.

My wife and I had our 10 year anniversary coming up, so I thought I'd surprise her by taking her whale watching (she loves whales). I called and talked with Brian a few months prior to our trip. The day of, our little girl was very crabby. The staff reassured us that it would be ok. They were very informative, polite, and made us feel at home. After a nice nap, our daughter woke when the first whale was spotted, cheering "one more time" as they dove underneath the waves. How amazing to see these creatures in their natural habitat. What a great way to spend our anniversary. We would definitely do it again. Thanks to Capt. Mike and Naturalist Heather for making a moment to remember. Our little girl didn't want to take her life jacket off when it was time to leave.

Boat was nice and relatively small compared to some others I saw out there. Crew was well informed and very nice. We actually started the tour and were told that they had no whale sightings yet today, so we were looking at other wildlife, then got the call. A small pod of 2 whales were spotted and we chased after them and spent the rest of the time hanging out with them. Great experience. Would recommend this group.
