The salmon were spawning, so the whales were following...better than "running with the bulls"...safer, too! Great experience with Pod 7~the Grand Dame 104+/- year old whale was there, too! Saw a humpback on the way back to port. Crew was incredible, low key, knowledgeable. Boat was clean and comfortable. Great day...add in the Sea Plane ride and Life was Good!

We took the whale watching safari on 6-10-2015. The captain and crew were amazing. Captain put us in position to observe 2 different pods of orcas. We saw the 2 less than a year old babies as well as the male, Mike. We also observed the two babies chase a salmon to one of the adult females who caught the salmon in mid air. The crew was attentive and knowledgeable. A once in a lifting experience.
