Awesome service from start to finish. I had 2 people cancel and I called up Cape Ann Whale Watch (within their 24 hour window) and immediately got a person on the phone. They were very quick and processed the changes with a great attitude. The check-in process was very easy and we were underway promptly at the departure time. The crew was super friendly and always willing to answer questions. The captain did an excellent job ensuring each side got adequate viewing opportunities. We really had a special trip. We saw a very nice pod of dolphins (apparently it happens on only 10% of trips). We spent the majority of the excursion with 2 adult female humpbacks that put on quite a show with tail breaches, tail slaps, and a couple of fin slaps. Then, towards the end, we found a young humpback that was full breaching (apparently another 10% of trips see this). It truly was something special.

Such a great experience! It was so easy to book, our hostess was so sweet and knowledgeable about the whales. We saw whales and dolphins and the captain of the boat tried his best to get close to all the whales so we can have a better look! Just amazing and well worth the money spent!

Enjoyable experience for me and my granddaughter searching for the whales while listening to the onboard naturalist educating us on our experience. While heading back in we encountered a school of dolphins and the captain took the time to stop and and spend time with these beautiful creatures of the sea. Another bonus of the trip was coming into Gloucester harbor and seeing all the activity going on in such a historic seaport !
