It was great to see the whales and this tour was especially more considerate to the whales than the other tours.

The crew was lovely and helpful. We saw whales and tails and a mama and calf! The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the volume of the speakers was so loud, it almost ruined the trip for me. I finally requested that they turn it down a bit and they did. There was no need to have it at the volume it was at. If you were anywhere near a speaker, it was painful. I had to move my seat. It could have been at half the volume and it would have been loud enough, from any point on the ship (I tested it). She also talked way too much. I realize they are trying to be informative but there wasn't much silent time to just appreciate seeing the whales. It appears to be geared toward first timers but when asked how many were there for the first time, only a handful of people raised their hands. If people have questions, they can ask 1 on 1. So overall, I would say a much lower volume, less narrating and more silence to appreciate the beauty of the whales.

It was a lovely day to be out on the water! We had good sightings of whales and some good explanations about whale behavior (wouldā€™ve been better if Iā€™d been able to fully hear it, but there were some technical challenges). The crew was super awesome and accommodating about my mobility challenged parents and we all had a really great time.
