The crew is fantastic! Not only do they see to your comfort and safety, they are educators as well. On the trip out they will give you some basic background information on whales. Once the creatures are spotted and identified, you'll hear all about each individual and how they come to be named, etc. The amount of data they have is amazing. And the collaboration between the various cruises is great! They share information on what they're seeing so no one misses out. It is very exciting while waiting for the whales to appear - the entire boat waiting in anticipation is such fun to be part of! I will definitely do this again! (this was not my first time going out with CAWW)

Great trip. We saw humpback whales. The staff was very informative. I think the boat was overcrowded. I DID NOT appreciate the bartender insisting on tips. I always tip! But he was very rude about making sure you tip him.

Cape Ann whale watch was perfect. Not only was it organized and informative, but everything was clean. They made sure we saw whales. We spent several hours on the water and it never seemed rushed. This was our second time and hopefully there will be a third. We highly recommend this company!
