We saw a lot of action, and learned a lot as well! This whale watch was great for kids and snacks/drinks were sold.

We definitely saw 2 humpback and 1 minke whale, as well as lots of other sea life. But the best parts of the trip were the ride out to sea (the views of Cape Ann from the water on a clear day are incredible) and Steve the bartender. He entertained us the whole ride back with tall tales of his adventures at sea and some serious magic tricks worthy of Las Vegas.

We enjoyed a nice sunny day and calm seas while we rode the boat to the whale watching areas. They were very knowledgable and we learned a lot about the whales. We saw 4 humpback whales and we were able to observe them for quite a long time. They followed them and waited around while they dove under the water for 10-12 mins at a time but they surfaced around us so we were able to see them. I would highly recommend this tour group. There were a lot of people on our boat but it really didnt seem that crowded as there are two decks.
