Great to see a whale and have some explanation about it. Not great on safety--it was bumpy going out and despite rules about keeping feet on the ground and bags on the floor, many feet were on the seats, bags too - and staff made no effort while present to assure safety. In one case a man was holding a small child over the railing. Staff present said nothing. It is a long way out and back, and only a short time actually watching the whales. Guidance on nausea such as staying outside, was given after we arrived - 1.5 hours after we left. Should have been given before we left.
