My wife and I had a fine time on this tour. Our tour guide Regina was very knowlegeable and enjoyable to have walk us around and tell local urban legends, historical tales, and crime stories. Streets were unsurprisingly busy on a Friday evening with a scheduled baseball game, so expect increased sidewalk and street traffic if your tour is around that time. Would recommend to anyone!

Our guide was nice and informative, BUT the tour did seem to feel more like a history tour and not much related to ghost stories. Political beliefs were added on a stop of the tour that doesn't appear to be relevant to the tour nor relating to any information that had been talked about previously. It felt like an agenda was trying to be pushed upon the guests.
