Gold Rush Cemetery to visit our infamous outlaw, Soapy Smith, and hear tales of the early pioneers. Your guide will bring the Gold Rush to life with many stories of the history of the era.

Skagway was great. The White Pass was amazing. This tour was a fraction of the cost of the train. Yet this was personal and intriguing.

The sights were lovely, but the tour company was very disorganized. Our driver kept saying it was because of the 4th of July holiday, but unless this is their first year in business, they should’ve known to plan ahead for road closures for the parade route. Also we weren’t able to do the gold panning portion of the excursion because they ran out of gold.

So sorry that you didn't get the experience that you wanted. Our typical City Tour goes through town and road closures limit access to the sights of the town. We hope your trip to Skagway was fun.

We experienced a fantastic trip from Klondike Tours because of our wonderful tour guide, Chris. My husband and I learned so much about the White Pass and Klondike Gold Rush. We chose this tour because it was advertised as allowing participants the opportunities to get out of the small, personal van and take photos and experience the beauty of this gorgeous part of Alaska. Chris made these opportunities even more special by his vast knowledge of the Klondike Gold Rush and his engaging, absolutely delightful storytelling style. He delighted in taking pictures of his guests and we all appreciated his efforts. Not only is Chris a fantastic tour guide , but based on our photos, he excels at photography!! We loved our trip today and my husband and I highly recommend this tour . If you are lucky enough to get Chris as your tour guide , you are in for a wonderful experience! Marion and Gil
