Drive your own car through our Safari Park! This self-guided tour allows guests to see more than 150 exotic animals and native Florida wildlife like white-tailed deer, bison, wildebeest, zebras, watusi, and oryx, to name a few. Buckle up for your wildest car ride yet! Travel down gravel paths within our Drive-thru Safari Park and discover more than 100 native and exotic animals roaming freely. During your journey, you’ll have the opportunity to observe a variety of animals often only found around the world. Enjoy identifying species from as far away as the African savanna to others from the deciduous forests of North America, all from the comfort of your own car.

From the time we checked in to the time we departed in late afternoon we were treated as valued guests. The drive through safari was so great that we did it again in the afternoon following the 1 hour airboat ride. The experience was different later in the day as the animals had moved around some during the day. The airboat ride was awesome! Our captain (sorry, don't remember his name) was amicable and knowledgeable about the birds, animals and trees we saw. We not only saw alligators, eagles, ospreys but also saw at least 5 snail kites including one that flew right over us. This was a great experience and one that we will repeat!

Searching for family fun, non-amusement park, we found this slice of heaven. Extremely reasonable price, entertaining, educational and just plain fun. This out of the way adventure allows you to drive through a large zoo experiencing the "natural" habitat of many diverse animals like, deer, camels, long horn steer, buffalo, and a host of other awe inspiring animals. You can even feed Leroy the giraffe, he is a great fella and always has an appetite for lettuce. After driving through the zoo and feeding Leroy you get to visit gator park and walk among the gators, see birds, iguanas, cute monkeys, and if you are lucky the sloth will climb over and greet you with a big smile. There are also interactive presentations with very knowledgeable handlers. After the animal adventures sit back and relax with the peacocks while eating some great food from the grill. I'd say a great way to spend a few hours with nature.
