Drive your own car through our Safari Park! This self-guided tour allows guests to see more than 150 exotic animals and native Florida wildlife like white-tailed deer, bison, wildebeest, zebras, watusi, and oryx, to name a few. Buckle up for your wildest car ride yet! Travel down gravel paths within our Drive-thru Safari Park and discover more than 100 native and exotic animals roaming freely. During your journey, you’ll have the opportunity to observe a variety of animals often only found around the world. Enjoy identifying species from as far away as the African savanna to others from the deciduous forests of North America, all from the comfort of your own car.

Being from Tampa 2 hours away, we had never heard about this Wild Life Park until a recent news article in our local paper was discussing parks and activities that were staring to open again in Florida. Glad we saved the article because the experience was AWESOME!!! At the present time, this is the only one of 3 attractions they have open. We arrived on the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend and I was surprised at how many cars were here, because this place really is in the middle of nowhere. We had purchased advance tickets on their website. Hint!!! Do not show up without a advance ticket. There are reserved times for entry to allow for social distancing even though you are driving in the park in your own vehicle. The drive thru at about 5 MPH or less will take you about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Use the bathrooms first since there are no rest stops inside the park, but they do have new a A/C restroom trailer at the opening with a gift shop as well. There is about 100+ animals of probably 25 or more different varieties roaming around inside the park, and yes you can get very close to many of them since the park sets up feeding stations near the road. Hint....To see more animals in the hotter Florida months, go early not late afternoon. The place was new since I believe they only opened less than a year ago. Very clean and nicely done. You can also feed the Giraffes at the end for an additional charge, but it was fun and worth it. Those Big Guys can eat a lot.

This experience was literally the best ever. We did the drive-thru safari since we have to social distance and it was phenomenal. You cannot get any closer to the animals than this. Seeing these amazing animals up close was just such a treat. We had animals walking right beside us and in front of us. We also saw lots of babies (one still had its umbilical cord attached) so you know the animals are being taken care of well. The rest of the park is closed right now, but when it opens, it is definitely something I want to check out. Thank you Wild Florida for being open, you made our month!!

Amazing experience! It was a surprise for my girlfriend and it was my first time as well and I can honestly say it was beautiful experience. The animals are up close and some even came through my car window lol.. giraffe feeding was also amazing! It is a must due!
