Our Wild West Tours aren't just dates and facts. Golden is full of amazing stories from the mid to late 19th century, so we bring those characters and events to you through interactive storytelling. On the pub crawl you'll get to enjoy a refreshing beer at three local microbreweries while your tour guide regales you with true Wild West stories from Colorado's and Golden's founding. Between stops, we'll explore Golden's history first hand as our band of Golden Bandana'd outlaws traverses the streets in search of our next saloon!

What To Expect

Golden City Brewery

Golden's second oldest brewery still in operation, located in the backyard of an old, victorian mansion.

Astor House Museum

Although no longer a museum, this is one of the oldest and most notable structures in Golden.

Barrels and Bottles Brewery

A hip downtown brewery with select wines as well, across the street from the iconic Coors Brewery.

Mountain Toad Brewing

Friendly brewery just off the beaten path where we'll wrap up our stories about the Wild West and history of Golden.

Chris is a great guide and was excellent at telling stories. I learned a lot about the history of Golden while having some delicious beers! Highly reccomend!

Chris was so knowledgeable and entertaining! This is a great activity to bring out of town guests to, not only did I learn about the history of Golden but he took us to some awesome brew pubs! I even got to try my first ever wine slushee at one of the brew pubs. I can tell Chris truly enjoys giving these tours.
