What To Expect

Golden City Brewery

Golden's second oldest brewery still in operation, located in the backyard of an old, victorian mansion.

Astor House Galleries

Colorado's oldest standing hotel, the Astor House is now an art gallery. The tour will pass by outside to tell its tale, but if you have time you can browse the gallery for free afterward.

Golden

Downtown Golden was at the seat of the Colorado Gold Rush and was the territorial capital long before Denver snatched it from us! We'll walk the streets of this historic town to see where Coors set up shop, an outlaw gang was gunned down, and where Buffalo Bill used to stop for a drink. We'll also stop to sample some of the local fare.

Mountain Toad Brewing

Friendly brewery just off the beaten path where we'll wrap up our stories about the Wild West and history of Golden.

This was the perfect activity while my parents were in town. Chris was entertaining and knowledgeable about both the beer stops and the history of Golden. We had a blast and will definitely be recommending these tours to friends and family.

My friends and I had a really great time on the Pub Crawl with Chris. Lots of fun stories and he kept our group of 10 entertained the whole time. Great stops along the way. He is full of knowledge and a great storyteller. Thanks so much for a fun day!!

Fun way to learn the history of Golden and try new beers. Loved the stories and how he tied them in to where we went and the buildings in town. We live in Denver and enjoyed the afternoon!
