One of my favorite experiences in Alaska. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't think I will forget how excited the dogs were when they were gearing up for our sled ride. The puppies were cute as expected. Highly recommend.

Seavey's have a great kennel set up; however, the presentation was mainly based on visitors questions. You are mainly paying for the golf cart ride behind the dogs. It would be amazing if the presentation included some personal stories or video footage of the Seavey's Iditarod adventures. Also if the presentation in the shed was more interactive with the kiddos. They tell you that you can try on the gear but unless a kiddo is taken from the crowd, most people aren't going to feel open to trying stuff on. Even the answers given for questions were really basic & short lived as well (or not known). I certainly did not get a good understanding of what the Iditarod entails; meaning the harsh conditions and difficulty of it all. Our favorite parts of the kennel tour were the sled dog ride (which was long enough) and of course petting the puppies. It was a decent tour but I expected a little more for the price.

Puppies, nature ride, don't touch the big leafs. Great overview of getting dogs ready and what happens during a race.
