We booked a last-minute rafting trip during our visiting to Denali and I'm so glad we did. From booking to trip through the shuttle ride back to our hotel, everyone we dealt with at New Wave was as friendly and helpful as could be. Our guide, Drew, was fantastic and made sure everyone had a great time. We did the 6pm trip which sounds late, but in June the sun was still shining high in the sky. If you are thinking about doing a rafting trip, I'd highly recommend booking it with New Wave.

We had a great time during the Wilderness Wave raft trip! Our guide, Drew, was excellent. We highly recommend him! He is experienced in rafting, so we felt very safe. He is also very knowledgeable about the area. He was great at explaining not only the landscape, but also the river (i.e. how it changes, what to watch for, etc). All the staff were professional and friendly. They take pictures at the river as you start off, and these are available for purchase after the trip, which is nice. New Wave Adventures is a family-owned business, and the owner checked in to make sure that we had a good time. He even gave us a ride back to our hotel...we decided to get a bite to eat and therefore missed the regular shuttle so he offered us a ride. What a nice establishment! Had so much fun that we are going back again for another adventure before we leave Alaska.

We had a great time with our guide Sam. Everyone who helped with our trip was friendly and helpful. Our group of 4 had our own raft! Thanks for a great time in Denali. We would highly recommend!!
