New Wave rates a 16 out of ten. Our family of five had an amazing experience and Wookie, our guide, expertly led us on this expedition. It was exhilarating and our guide, who had decades of experience, navigated the waters well, while sprinkling his narration with humor. New wave comes with Top ratings. Hope to do it again some day.

We booked a raft trip with a different outfitter who cancelled on us the day before because our group of 3 was too small and we ended up with New Wave. Best turn of luck during our trip. Moose and Double D were outstanding, friendly, and knowledgable. We did this trip with a family member who had neck surgery and knee surgery a few years prior (cleared for gentle activities by her doctor) and this trip was gentle but still enjoyable! Definitely doable with kids but enjoyable for adults. There were 5 small kids in our group that day and the staff proactively put the kids and their parents in one boat and the adult groups in the other groups. Outstanding experience!
