Family of 5 (kids 9 - 16). Moose, our guide, was great. He provided us with a lot of information about the surroundings. He did a great job guiding the boat. It is a perfect trip for younger kids - very safe. It was very cold. It was an overcast day, around 50 degrees - water was around 34 degrees. The dry suit kept us dry but wear layers underneath. Recommend a hat, waterproof gloves (if that is a thing) and the hand warmers.

We booked the Wilderness wave. We enjoyed it. Receptionist was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Wilderness wave tour was great and highly recommended. However, I need to point out couple of things about the driver and the guide. The driver who drove us to the starting point, was constantly looking at his phone while he was driving at least 70 mph, the van swirled onto the shoulder couple of times but he continued to look at his phone. That is totally not acceptable. Our guide, well, only briefly mentioned some information about rocks, here and there, then he was quiet. He was constantly taking photos of the surroundings and texting at the same time. He left our raft drifting left and right many many many times during the two hours trip. When there was an upcoming rapid, he still was looking at his phone. It turned out our raft: 1. drifted very close the river bank 2. bombed into big rocks couple of times 3. stuck to the bottom of the river due to the water depth while he was paying attention to his phone 4. almost bumped into another raft. If it wasn't those instances, we could have enjoyed the trip very much.
