We are family owned and operated as well as locally owned and operated. We are constantly in touch with locals to know exactly where the best places to whale watch are. This is our home town, we know our waters, you can feel confident traveling with us. Our vessel has indoor seating and outdoor seating space. You can walk all around on the deck. We offer a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage service, and light snacks. We have washroom facilities onboard. We look forward to meeting you and showing you the best whale and wildlife viewing opportunities here in Ketchikan. Our vessel is Wheelchair accessible! Tour is usually 2.5 hours in duration

We had a great time Morgan and her dad were here at we saw whales, seals and sea lions. Had a great time.

So disappointing to not see any whales. The captain tried but for the $1000 our family paid, we needed a whale or two. We did see seals, a sea Lion, salmon and two eagles.

Hello Lisa, I understand your frustration about not seeing whales on your tour. We do try very hard to find the whales that are usually around. Unfortunately they don’t stay in the same areas we might have seen them earlier in the day. I see you mentioned you paid $1000 on you tour.. I looked at the booking and you booked for four people. That adds up to $716. I’m sure you just made a honest mistake in the amount you mentioned. Our product has a clear and honest description of what we see during our tour. We do not guarantee whales or does any other whale watching tour in the world. Like I said, we try our best to find them. If they were trained to stay in one area all the time then I would guarantee them. Best of luck on your next whale watching tour.

Wonderful whale watching experience! We saw a humpback feed about 7-8 times... plus many eagles and seals. The guides were friendly and knowledgable. I liked that the boat was only a short walk from our cruise ship (no bus required). They also had snacks on the boat which our kids enjoyed. we would definitely do this again!
