My guide Paul is great, he shared a lot local neighborhood history and culture. The food choice is plenty, we had bagel, Chicken biscuit, pizza, ice cream. My favorite is pizza, which is really awesome!

Took my parents from California to NYC for the first time and they wanted to tour Brooklyn. I heard from a friend how great this tour was & thought it would be fun to join along. Turned out to be a really nice day with tour guide Adam. He knew all the hot spots to go to & had the perfect route. If you come to NY, go with Certified tours.Adam was very friendly and professional and got to know my parents story even with other families in the group. Going to recommend this guy to all my friends when they come visit.
