Only a Marine could take you on a fantastic food tour of the wonderful, locally owned establishments of Williamsburg in a blizzard!! And not miss a beat!! Outstanding selection, couldn't even eat at the last stop; some places we never ventured into after spending many weekends in and around Williamsburg over the past 35 years!! Highly recommend for a group of friends. PS: Save room for the Mac n' Cheese!

What a great way to test out some of the different restaurants in colonial Williamsburg. Lance took us to 6 different places to try all kinds of different food. The Mac and cheese was great, only disappointment was not getting to try the hot holly sandwich.

My wife loves food tours and I decided to surprise her with a food tour in Williamsburg. She had been before but was unaware of Merchants Square. This was a great introduction. It was a beautiful day and our guide, John, was well versed in the history and facts of Williamsburg. We were the only ones on the tour so we had additional time to enjoy the food offerings, order drinks, and converse. The only drawback is that the you do not travel very far between food stops, leaving a lot of the area unexplored. Regardless, definitely recommend.
