Excellent! It was very smooth and serene. I would highly recommend Napa Valley Hot Air Balloons without reservation. Although I am slightly apprehensive of heights, this experience was very relaxing, in fact, I never felt an ounce of nervousness. Would definitely repeat!

My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff and crew were professional at all times. unfortunately we did not get to fly over the Napa vineyards as hoped but drove for an hour to the next valley over because of visability, Obviously, not there fault due to regulations, but still a disappointment.
The brunch was good but not excellent, but the champagne was a shining star. After taking a nap from the results of the extra early departure all was wonderful again and I would recommend this tour to all ages.

Wonderful! Our only disappointment was that we were unable to fly over Napa Valley due to weather conditions. However, that did not diminish the experience. Our balloon pilot was excellent.
