Terrible experience. We were excited to find a spot on a hot air balloon ride, but our excitement was short lived. We were told that it was a perfect day that we’d be lifting off from a site that was barely a mile away. Everything was picture perfect for the first 30 mins and then our pilot decided to land. The flight barely lasted just over 30 mins and the experience ended abruptly when we crash landed into a field. The basket collapsed and we all crawled out of the balloon. This was a sour experience for us on two counts - a shortchanged ballon ride and how it ended. I am sure we must have signed some waivers on how there are no guarantees, but if everyone pays the same price and we get to fly for 10-15 mins less then we got shortchanged. I would not fly with them again.

This was the most relaxing, fun 39th anniversary trip. Shannon and Chris were outstanding representatives for your company. I was very anxious but the team was great! The adventure was outstanding and I am recommending this to everyone.
