The hot air balloon ride was the most amazing experience in my life. Ken was our pilot and he was amazing. I recommend this tour for everyone. Wasn't scary at all. You will love it!

We had a great experience for a group of 8. Before flight we had a nice continental breakfast. The flight was about an hour. Our tour guide was great. The view was outstanding to see. Other balloons that also flew were more higher than us. I wish that we could have been higher in altitute. The members that were helping with the balloon were very nice and helpful. After the flight we headed back in van to the same building where we had breakfast but this time it was brunch. The food was great and delicious. We had a lot of fun and great experience. We would do this again.

It was fantastic, and our balloon guide was fantastic. I would do it again. However we paid for the glasses, but no one told us. We called back and the lady seemed to care less. Its been 10 days and we havent seen the credit yet...I shouldn't have to take my time to make sure I get reimbursed.
