For our anniversary my husband and I booked Beau Wine Tours with a limousine service and also the package that included the hot air balloon with Napa Valley Balloons. It was our very first time experiencing riding a hot air balloon! It started at 5:30am but that was fine with us. When we got there to check in the employees were already very nice and friendly. They served some snacks to wake us up with coffee and after that we got ready to leave. We had to take a van to drive out to where the balloons where getting ready and that was pretty cool seeing it set up. Out pilot's name was KEN CUSTIS and he was great. We took off to about 2,000 feet and he landed on top of the water for a few minutes and that was nice. You get to see turtles and fish in their natural habitat. Landing wasn't bad at all. Once we got back there was breakfast with mimosa's for us waiting. They also took pictures from the balloon that we could order and that was nice. We of course ordered them. I would definitely come back here or recommend this place! Thank you once again Ken for a great experience!

Wonderful experience and it was worth the price. Very professional crew and all pilots were very skilled and we felt very safe at all times. Overall infra-structure was also good with meeting point and transportation to the area we were going to start our ride.

The staff was excellent! The meeting location beautiful.. My husband and I booked a ride in April that was cancelled due to flight conditions, this was our 2nd visit and this flight had to be diverted to an alternate location which was an hour away by van. 2 hours round trip;(. So we did not get to view the winery's as hoped.
The pilot was excellent, however the ride was much shorter than expected, about 40 minutes. As the pilot stated, you have to take the landing when it presents itself. I did notice that some of the other balloons were flying closer together which would have made our pictures more interesting. Overall I was underwhelmed.
