Booked through Viator and wasn’t in the schedule for that day. Had to cancel since they didn’t even have our info to take flight. Fortunately, we got a refund. The weather was bad and they planned out a different route for those who paid. You wouldn’t have seen the grapes of Napa Valley. Felt bad for people who drove out and wanted to see wine country. Saw a couple of people opt out, including us. Wished they would have compensated us for our time or give us notice. We drove for an hour to get their and an hour back. Plus, it was at 5am in the morning. Customer service wasn’t very accommodating. Wouldn’t recommend.

Chris was our pilot and he demonstrated tremendous skill. Taking off just before sunrise was a thrill and the views of wine country were amazing!

Biggest let down we have had in a long time. It was supposed to be an amazing trip over napa valley. Fog came in and we were told that we were changing locations due to weather. We asked what the experience would be like at this new location and were told it would be different than napa valley but great view of diverse agriculture. Sun flowers and almonds and lots of other forms of agriculture. It took so long to get there that we missed going up at sunrise. The first 15 Min was over a housing development. Followed by about 10 min of agriculture (a walnut plantation) then a bout 10 min over someone's plant nursery, which was all netted over the top so you could not see plants. The rest of the trip was barran dirt until landing. Our operator was the most unpersonable guide I've ever had. I would ask questions and he would give 1 word answers if he even answered them. So beyond disappointed
