The reason we are Listed #1 for Wine tours in Sedona, is we have the most fun! Plus we are the best priced wine tour in town. Also we have the nicest vehicles, a Mercedes Benz or Ford Sprinter, if you have a bigger group ask about a private tour in our limo party bus. We go to the BEST wineries like D A Ranch, not the cheapest ones, like some "all inclusive" tours companies do. We go to 4 wineries S-F and 3 wineries on Saturday, You will receive discounts on tastings/bottles of wine, at some of the wineries. Plus bring your own alcoholic beverages if you like. You will have a picnic served on linens, this includes your own personal charcuterie tray consisting of French bread, gourmet cheeses, hard salami, olive oil with balsamic vinegar, grapes, nuts and chocolates, At one of the wineries, if they are open, we will be touring the production facility & barrel room. We will discuss the wine making process and what it takes to turn a cluster of grapes into an award winning bottle of wine.

Our tour guide was extremely loud and took offense when we kindly asked him to lower the music on the bus and asked him if he could lower his mic also. Frank basically wanted to be star of the show and was clearly offended that we felt overwhelmed with his drama. He dropped us at stops without telling us any information and left us wondering if he would even pick us back up. The owner of the company wasn't receptive at all to our complaint and basically blew us off. Find yourself another wine tour company. If you have a complaint they won't take care of you

This is the same review as Jessica G. So our response is the same. We knew there would be no pleasing you folks before you even took one step on to the tour couch, when you told our driver that you were expecting a "private tour!". It is clearly states in our description that this is a social tour. Then you told the driver to turn the "music off" completely as he was in route to the wineries. Needless to say nothing our driver Frank who has only gotten 5 star reviews, could do to make you intitled ladies happy. Than to top it all off you stiffed our driver out of his tip and by the way the couple you were hanging around with loved Frank and gave him a $100 tip! Then you leave a bunch of your personal items on bus after your final drop off and demanded Frank (the driver you stiffed) to drive an hour out of his way (1/2 hour there and 1/2 back) to return said items to you.. Of course true to form there was no "thank you" when said items were returned to you. However we can agree on one thing! As you said, you should "Find yourself another wine tour company!" next time. Please do so..

Two out of 4 wineries were pretty (DA Ranch & Page Spring Cellars). The other two can be skipped. Tour guide was gruff. If you have a car, consider visiting selective wineries on your own.

We're sorry you didn't approved of Oak Creek Vineyards or Javelina Leap. Most of 4,000 people we took out last year actually prefer these wineries over the others that they have visited. But everyone has different opinions....and that is what makes the world go round.
