Overview

The reason we are Listed #1 for Wine tours in Sedona, is we have the most fun! Plus we are the best priced wine tour in town. Also we have the nicest vehicles, a Mercedes Benz or Ford Sprinter, if you have a bigger group ask about a private tour in our limo party bus. We go to the BEST wineries like D A Ranch, not the cheapest ones, like some "all inclusive" tours companies do. We go to 4 wineries S-F and 3 wineries on Saturday, You will receive discounts on tastings/bottles of wine, at some of the wineries. Plus bring your own alcoholic beverages if you like. You will have a picnic served on linens, this includes your own personal charcuterie tray consisting of French bread, gourmet cheeses, hard salami, olive oil with balsamic vinegar, grapes, nuts and chocolates, At one of the wineries, if they are open, we will be touring the production facility & barrel room. We will discuss the wine making process and what it takes to turn a cluster of grapes into an award winning bottle of wine.

The owner and Frank (tour guide) are probably one the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Any request or feedback or concern seems to hurt their fragile ego. Being a business owner, I know how important it is to make customers happy and not to take feedback or requests personally. I will not recommend this tour to anyone unless some drastic changes in management communication is done. If the readers want to know how the management is- please have a look at the responses they have provided to the one star comments. You will notice how combative and disrespectful they are. Keith and Frank- I am sure you have run a successful business in past, but please note- these are opportunities to improve and not personal attacks and remember that your comments to every one star reviews are for the world to see. Wish you good luck. And for the rest of the people who are looking for genuine feedback, I will really not recommend this company sadly.

First off, Frank has not driven for us since September 25th the day he took you seven ladies out on tour. The reason is he is not a regular driver for Sedona Vineyard tours. He is a regular driver for our sister company. However we do trade drivers back and forth and would love to have Frank full time if we could. He gets consistent 5 star reviews all the time. So this review of Frank is obviously is one more of your bad reviews, from the same group of people that went on the same tour on September 25th. As for customer service, you "Ladies" called Viator and lied told them you never took the tour and got a full refund. So you people got a free wine tour for seven people. We got four bad reviews and here we are two months later and you are still trying hurt our company. You "ladies" are the only one star reviews we have gotten since March and those people never even took our tour. Why not look at the dozens of 5 star reviews and realize the problem is you. You lied to Viator and got your money, We knew there would be no pleasing you folks before you even took one step on to the tour couch, when you told our driver that you were expecting a "private tour!" and for us to pay for all your wine . It is clearly states in our description that this is a social tour and it clearly states the tastings are not included. Then you told the driver to turn the "music off" completely as he was in route to the wineries. Needless to say nothing our driver Frank who has only gotten 5 star reviews, could do to make you intitled ladies happy. Than to top it all off you stiffed our driver out of his tip and by the way the couple you were hanging around with loved Frank and gave him a $100 tip! Then you leave a bunch of your personal items on bus after your final drop off and demanded Frank (the driver you stiffed) to drive an hour out of his way (1/2 hour there and 1/2 back) to return said items to you.. Of course true to form there was no "thank you" when said items were returned to you. Then as to "customer service" you told the owner you wanted your money back because the tour was not "what you expected." However we can agree on one thing! As you said on the other review that you posted, you should "Find yourself another wine tour company!" next time. Please do so..

Although Sedona itself and the wineries are totally worth a visit, I would not recommend this tour company. It is not more than a bus service from A to B, with a very talkative loud tour guide Frank who loves himself speaking. One ego joke after the other, followed by loud music in the bus. Being from Amsterdam, and seriously interested in the sceneries, this felt very overwhelming. The lunch at second location wasn't special and served in plastic boxes. We could have booked ourselves a better lunch anywhere instead. But worst of all: this company doesn't take a single well-intended point of criticism and that was decisive for me to write this review. With so many great options to choose from in Sedona, find yourself a company where the customer is still king and leave this one behind.

I had the best experience with Noah one of the front desk staff yesterday evening. He was very pleasant and welcoming when answering the phone and had a great attitude overall. Noah even helped when I had an issue with the microwave. He's a wonderful asset to the company!
