Overview

The reason we are Listed #1 for Wine tours in Sedona, is we have the most fun! Plus we are the best priced wine tour in town. Also we have the nicest vehicles, a Mercedes Benz or Ford Sprinter, if you have a bigger group ask about a private tour in our limo party bus. We go to the BEST wineries like D A Ranch, not the cheapest ones, like some "all inclusive" tours companies do. We go to 4 wineries S-F and 3 wineries on Saturday, You will receive discounts on tastings/bottles of wine, at some of the wineries. Plus bring your own alcoholic beverages if you like. You will have a picnic served on linens, this includes your own personal charcuterie tray consisting of French bread, gourmet cheeses, hard salami, olive oil with balsamic vinegar, grapes, nuts and chocolates, At one of the wineries, if they are open, we will be touring the production facility & barrel room. We will discuss the wine making process and what it takes to turn a cluster of grapes into an award winning bottle of wine.

Save yourself the money and headache. Attend the wineries on your own. No information was given on this tour, the wine tasting is not included, and the tour guide Frank was very rude. Our group of friends ended up making the best of it and created the experience ourselves. Too bad we were already out the money. Owner does not care about any form of customer service so dont bother.

We knew there would be no pleasing you folks before you even took one step on to the tour couch, when you told our driver that you were expecting a "private tour!". It is clearly states in our description that this is a social tour and it clearly states the tastings are not included. Then you told the driver to turn the "music off" completely as he was in route to the wineries. Needless to say nothing our driver Frank who has only gotten 5 star reviews, could do to make you intitled ladies happy. Than to top it all off you stiffed our driver out of his tip and by the way the couple you were hanging around with loved Frank and gave him a $100 tip! Then you leave a bunch of your personal items on bus after your final drop off and demanded Frank (the driver you stiffed) to drive an hour out of his way (1/2 hour there and 1/2 back) to return said items to you.. Of course true to form there was no "thank you" when said items were returned to you. Then as to "customer service" you told the owner you wanted your money back because the tour was not "what you expected." However we can agree on one thing! As you said on the other review that you posted, you should "Find yourself another wine tour company!" next time. Please do so..

Bus driver was great and met a lot of great people. Wine wasn’t bad either😁.only thing that was bad is that it turned into a 7 hr. day instead of 4 as advertised. Granted, we were first on and last off shuttle but made for a long day and were too tired to do anything else.
