My wife and I, plus our two sons and their s.o.'s thoroughly enjoyed our trip, guided by Jorge. We visited 4 vineyards and has tastings at each. Sedona community is developing some very nice wines. The service here is basically to drive you to some vineyards for tastings. Each vineyard takes over and you can choose the wine(s) you would like to taste. The prices are reasonable ($12 - $20) for 4-5 tasting pours of your chosen wines. Our experience with wine tours is limited, but the two we have previously been on in Spain included more explanation of the growing, harvesting and bottling processes and the varietals in the wine and the growing conditions that affected the flavors. These were just tastings, which were fine, but I was left a bit curious about the other details.

Thank you for coming out. Yes, our wine tour is less evasive then many other wine tours. Some wine tours operators sit with you as you are tasting your wine to make sure "you are tasting the cherry in the Zinfandel." We feel wine tasting and enjoyment is subjective and matter of personal taste and should not be bias by the tour operators opinion.

This was a good, casual tour. The driver was friendly, the wineries were all pretty good. No pressure on time, very laid back. If you're coming in from out of the area, keep in mind that COVID masks and 6' distancing seem pretty discretionary for folks in this area, so you may want to wait until post-COVID if that's of concern for you.

Those our feelings exactly. We can't control what the local laws are here concerning COVID, so if you have those concerns please say home.

I was very nervous this entire trip - the company took no COVID safety precautions or required anyone on the bus to wear a mask. They filled 10/12 seats and windows could not be opened to circulate air. This meant that no one wore a mask, we were jam packed in the van, and if anyone on the bus had COVID everyone was likely exposed. I am quite upset with this experience as Other tour companies are enforcing such safety measures and more. The guide gave great recommendations and took us to great places. But really he and everyone else should have been wearing masks - we would have chosen a different trip if we had known.

Yavapai County (the county this tour takes place in) doesn't require masks to be worn. So it is impossible for the driver to enforce something that isn't a law in this area. It's impossible for the the driver to wear a mask and give a narration of the tour. We are sorry for your discomfort and wished you stayed home also. If you are that afraid maybe you shouldn't be traveling and taking tours on buses with lots of other people.
