Our guide, Josh, is so knowledgeable and just simply awesome. I learned more about Alaskaā€™s history, wildlife, climate, and culture on this tour than I could have ever anticipated. Although it was snowy, and the landscape wasnā€™t very visible, this trip was worth every penny. We lucked out and got close up to two eagles in the wild, and the animals at the wildlife conservation area were fairly active. Josh knew many of the animals by name. He also knew the brown bearsā€™ personalities and how they interact with one another. Josh went above and beyond to personalize the experience. Our last stop was the grand finale: Virgin Creek Falls Trail. The short trek up the trail led us to a majestic waterfall with snow and lush vegetation. Incredibly beautiful. Lastly, the tour organizers were especially accommodating. I had to change plans twice due to availability of another tour, and they were super flexible. I appreciate their personal touches, texts to confirm and email reminders. Well done!!!

Josh was an amazing tour guide and was so helpful answering all the questions I had. I was nervous about my solo trip to Alaska, but this tour got me acclimated to the city fairly quick and the journey seemed very thought out. Josh also took awesome pictures of us on the tour, and pays amazing attention to detail and always pointed out even the smallest things that we would have never noticed ourself, like bald eagles, birds nests, etc. It just made for a great overall experience. To top it all off, Josh is just a nice human, which made it such a fun time. I can't wait to come back to Alaska and I'll always recommend this tour to my friends and family. Ask for Josh as your guide if you can, you won't be disappointed:)

What a perfect day. Josh was fantastic- try and get him if you do this. he spotted dall sheep and an eagle, for us to get pics. All the stops allowed for great picture taking. Beautiful scenery and the stop to the animal conservation was great- and we were lucky the bears had not yet gone into hibernation. Josh was very knowlegable on history and general info. I will never forgot the 5 salmon!
