Fantastic bus driver on the way in. Funny. Informative. Told us about discounts and made every thing clear. Shops were great. Some bargains but not massive savings. The experience was well worth it.

I followed the instructions to the letter, presented my voucher at the shortline counter at the port authority bus terminal at the time instructed and was refused a ticket. Had to buy another ticket to travel. Fuming. And to top it off, you guys don’t answer my calls or emails. Very very poor experience

No good info about how to buy tickets. I bought on internet and then no info that I need to have one more tickets. Then no info where to go. For foreigners very difficult
