This was for my girlfriends birthday. And everything about it was just wonderful. The views are unlike any other. And the walk back through the park is breathtaking.

Wow! This tour was amazing! I felt so safe with the routine safety checks, and our guides were absolutely wonderful! They were kind, accommodating, easy to converse with and supportive! This zipline adventure was a part of me and my best friend celebrating our 10th friendiversay, in which we agreed to do something that scares us! This zipline tour was the perfect adventure (with actually very low risk) that pushed us in a fun way! I would absolutely go again and do the whole course! ALL THE DETAILS: We met at the Broadmoor Soaring Adventure HQ (which is a large house with a large parking lot. Once we were checked in (getting weighed is a part of it) we soon boarded a bus to get into the canyon for our zipline. The road is partially unpaved, so I recommend sitting up towards the front (we sat at the back and felt every bump!) Once at the zipline site, we were encouraged to use the restroom, which is a no-running-water facility. Note: Read the instructions on how to use the toilet first. Our guides were already at the pavilion with the gear ready. I learned later that they run the course before any tours to make sure everything is in good order. Then with a few instructions, we were helped into our gear and shown how to brake on practice lines. This was super helpful. You do need to brake, but the guides have tons of safety measures in place, including what to do if you stop a bit before the landing platform. It's really simple and I loved getting to practice beforehand! The first two ziplines are shorter and over in a flash! These were helpful to learn at the height and experience being on the platform/tower with a whole tour of people. The hiking involved is truly minimal walking on a well-worn path through the woods. If you're comfortable strolling for a 30 minute stroll in a wooded park, this is just right for you. The next three ziplines were where the true adventure was, and wow! These were incredibly fun! Definitely had micro-moments to look around as we soared across the canyon! Once we finished, we walked to meat another staff member who took our gear and we got to hike to the bottom of Seven Falls. Note: The end of the hike is at the end of a very (very) long and steep staircase. We were told by our guides to hold on to the middle rung so we didn't get rust on our fingers from the rail. I had to go very slowly and watch each step to be sure not to trip on the way down. Just a caution to anyone who might struggle with very steep stairs. It was totally doable, just to give a heads up for caution. What to wear and bring: It was a semi-cloudy day when we went, and got colder. We wore pants, good tennis shoes and wind-breakers. The wind-breaker was probably the best idea. We brought minimal items, such as keys, wallet, phone and chapstick. Waters were provided at the Pavilion. Then these items go into a small pouch that clips on securely to your gear. This was fun to be able to take videos of my friend and vice versa, as well as some of the beautiful views and photo oops. The guides were so kind and took photos of us! Then at the bottom of the falls, which is gorgeous, we rode a van back to the main building and our parking was validated (free!). 10 out of 10 recommend! Hope all these details help!
