All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict limit for everyone's safety.

Participants must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds (41-113 kg). This is a strict weight limit for your safety. All guests are discreetly weighed before departure.
Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)
Participants cannot be or possibly be pregnant
Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
Please dress appropriately for the weather
Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Matt and Riley where awesome. The scenery was epic. We had a great time. Very professional and well run operation. Thanks for a memorable experience.

They did a great job explaining things and making us feel comfortable. My daughter was scared to zipline but wanted to! Rob was so encouraging throughout the whole experience and made her feel more at ease. He was loads of fun and just made the atmosphere relaxed with his dad jokes and antics. They transport you up the mountain in a van so finding the place was a little misleading because we were looking for zip lines around it.the building is off the street a little bit but GPS was taking us to the right place. on the confirmation page it lists what’s included and not included. Wish it was have listed gratuity on one side or the other. I don’t mind tipping but sure didn’t think about bringing cash since I knew I’d be ziplining and couldn’t really bring much. They do give you a pouch that clips to all of your gear that fits a phone. Needless to say, the guys didn’t get tipped but wasn’t due to back service, more bad planning on my part. Sorry guys!! They take very very good care of you. Service was greet and views were even better.

It was daunting to begin with but Justin and Riley calmed our nerves and made the experience more than memorable. We had no idea it is a top 10 zip line course in the world and now can understand why. Even for beginners or first timers, would recommend! Just don’t look down :)
