Participants must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds (41-113 kg). This is a strict weight limit for your safety. All guests are discreetly weighed before departure.
Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)
Participants cannot be or possibly be pregnant
Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
Please dress appropriately for the weather
Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Great Guides! Carl and J were excellent and fun! Great course for first time zip liners! Worked our way up to a more challenging line! Can't wait to do it again!

My husband and I did this adventure with another couple on a recent trip to the Broadmoor. I highly recommend it. You see views you couldn't see any other way. It felt safe from the beginning, although there is an adrenaline rush right before stepping off the platform to Zip to the next one. It was really, really fun! The guides are so professional and check every harness every time. Don't be afraid...it's worth the experience!

Our family of 4 (two adults and 2- 19 year olds) had a great time with our two guides Brandy and Miraya (sp?). They were a lot of fun! We did the Woods course because I was nervous about the Finns course. However, once we were up there, we could have totally handled the full course. The first 2 lines of the Woods course are shorter and feel more like a warm up to the big ones. Once we did the 3 longer zips, we wished we had booked the entire course. Great course if you have never zip lined before and beautiful scenery. We felt very safe and it was a top notch operation. If you have a chance, do the entire course. What I loved is that the woods course dropped you off at the TOP of the seven falls so we were able to walk down instead of up the whole way (there are a lot of steps). We ate at 1858 restaurant and then walked our way out Seven Falls which again, was all DOWN hill instead of up.Beautiful place and fun zip lines for all.
