This was the most humbling and intensively outstanding experiences of my recent trip to New York. My partner and I had Tim M as our walking tour guide. His knowledge, passion and clear sentimentality made it superb. I have no words to describe how insightful this tour was and it feels somewhat rude to say it was amazing. We have watched many documentaries on 9/11, but nothing will ever compare to this tour and being there in person to understand the impact and actions taken to memorialise all this who died. This was what lead us to then visit the museum, which is so sensitively designed and again, very humbling and insightful. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide was wonderful. We started at the Starbucks near the World Trade Center. He showed us pictures of before and afters of the the buildings near the World Trade Center. It was really sad but informative. We got to tour the inside of the trade center which was great and still sad. And he gave us a small souvenir which was nice. He was a bit dramatic when he showed the pictures. He was probably loud because he was used to working with big groups. We weren’t that big and the loudness was a bit more like yelling. I think next time it’s probably better to give people little headphones so they can hear better without the yelling. That’s what they do in Greece and Italy- just a tip for your next tours. The guide was really helpful and great. Everything was fine. Very cold and windy so stay warm.

Christopher was an enthusiastic a knowledgeable tour guide! My family learned many new and interesting facts about 911 that we would never have know about if we hadn’t taken this invaluable tour.
