World Trade Center tour was a great way to start the tour. It gave us great insight to the horrific day that occurred and provided us with stories about the heroes of 911, NYPD & FDNY. The guide was informative and used large pictures to capture the stories. The second part we did was the 911 museum and it can be overwhelming. Be sure to give yourself ample time to view the complete timeline of events. The individual stories are so very touching and moving it’s puts you right in the moment. Please allow lots and lots of time to listen to as much of the individual stories in the nooks behind the walls. There is so much to see and learn about heroic acts of everyone the was affected.
